HolisticFit Branding blends my ten years of experience in branding and communications with my passions for holistic health, mental health, sports, and fitness.
Some significant accomplishments in my career have included:
- Earning a leadership award from the Director of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Common Fund for promoting the implementation of the new, trans-NIH Accelerating Leading-edge Science in ALS (ALS2) Program
- Increasing the attendance by 500% for health and wellness workshops at the USPTO Fitness Center.
- Obtaining my Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies and Digital Arts from Saint Michael's College, which expanded my knowledge in graphic design, website design, video editing, and writing
- Performing outreach and closing sales that led to the highest revenue in the history of Such A Voice's 30+ years of being in business
- Co-founding the SMCVT online magazine through Her Campus, the #1 college magazine written by gen z, for gen z
I grew up playing softball, basketball, and soccer competitively and later found my way into coaching soccer for i9 Sports, Brit-Am Soccer Academy, Devney Goalkeeping, and Mid-Atlantic Sports Academy.
I hold a Sports Industry Essentials certificate from Columbia University, which helped me understand the business dynamics of U.S. sports.
I'm certified as a health coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I'm Reiki Level 1 certified. I've struggled with anxiety, depression, digestive issues, and hormonal imbalances for a lot of my life and love geeking out about natural remedies to help people with all of these issues.
